    適用范圍及功能:

    適用于測定軟質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料的落球式回彈性能.落球回彈是通過給定直徑和質(zhì)量的鋼球在規(guī)定高度上自由落在泡沫塑料試樣上,計算鋼球回彈的zui大高度與鋼球落下高度比值的百分率既回彈率,以回彈率表示泡沫塑料的回彈性能。滿足08標(biāo)準(zhǔn)A法和B法試驗方法。主要是測試塑料泡沫材料及海綿材料的回彈性能。 落球回彈測量精度高采用微處理器進行控制,中文顯示,并可打印試驗數(shù)據(jù)。

    試驗步驟:

    將調(diào)節(jié)后的試樣水平置于回彈儀的測試位置上,通過調(diào)節(jié)使鋼球底部從固定位置到泡沫塑料表面的落下高度為460mm。

    在釋放裝置上固定鋼球,然后使鋼球自由落下。

    對每一個試樣做三次回彈,取三次回彈中的zui大值。

    每次回彈鋼球應(yīng)落在試樣表面的同一位置上,并且兩次回彈的時間間隔應(yīng)控制在20s之內(nèi)。

    如果鋼球在回彈過程中碰到或彈出測量裝置,所得數(shù)據(jù)無效,需重新補做。
